Steps to Change your Password

1. Open the e-mail message that has your temporary password
2. Select the password an then right click on it

3. Click the Copy menu item

4. Go to the Mid-South Community College web site and then click the link for WebAdvisor

5. Select the Click HERE to enter WebAdvisor link

6. Select the Log In link to launch the Log on page

7. Click into the User ID text box and type your User ID
8. Tab down to the Password text box and type (or paste) your temporary password

9. Click the SUBMIT button

NOTE: Most likely, your user ID will be the same as the one you use to log on to MSCC e-mail but it might be different! If your usual User ID does not work - you can click the Account Information link and follow the prompts from "What is my User ID"

10. The Change Password page appears

11. Click into the Old Password text box and type (or paste) the temporary password you were sent via e-mail

12. Tab down into the New Password text box and type the password you want

13. Tab down into the Confirm Password text box and enter your new password again

14. Tab down into the Hint the text box and enter a password hint

15. Click the SUBMIT button
